Registration deadline from the web: March 8, 2013

After a while, an e-mail will be sent to tell that provisional registration is accepted.
Please click the URL described on the e-mail and finally another e-mail will be sent to tell that the registration is successfully completed.
Please note that duplicate registration by the same e-mail address is not available.
